FloodSaver® 24", 27" and 32" Pans without Drains

Suggested Specifications

Each FloodSaver® Washing machine pan is a 1-piece system which consists of a single formed high-density polyethylene base. Base shall form a minimum 3" deep containment pan and shall accommodate a standard shower-type drain.

Please Measure Carefully!

Measure your appliance 3" from the floor for the inside dimension. Measure the room space available for outside dimension to determine the correct pan size.

Outflow Indent

Indent accommodates washers with bottom center hose outflows.

Nailing Flange

In new construction, the 5/8" flange is nailed to sub-floor. Underlayment is installed over flange. In retrofit applications, the 5/8" flange is fastened on top of finish flooring, then covered with trim. (NOTE: Trim is not included.)

Suggested Drain Hole Placement

One (1) 3.25" hole for standard shower drain. Position hole in any logical location. NOTE: Valves, shower drains, pipe/trap are not included.

Drain Hole

3.25" hole for shower drain on center; 16" to wall on 27" pan and 16.25" on the 32" pan to wall plate; 15.00" to outside base side.
